As the network's flagship facility, our Tyler location offers a comprehensive array of services that rival and often exceed those of the most sophisticated health clubs in the nation's larger metropolitan areas. Our facility received the 2009 Distinguished Achievement Award from the Medical Fitness Association for serving as a benchmark in the medical fitness industry. Facilities were evaluated based on quality of programs offered, member retention and community outreach.

Our fitness area includes:
- Over 25 pieces of Cybex selectorized strength training equipment
- Multiple Cybex free weight stations including:
- Bench press
- Incline press
- Squat rack
- Leg Press
- Smith Press
- Scott curl
- Dumbbells (5lb-100lb)
- Cybex plate-loaded equipment stations
- Over 40 pieces of aerobic exercise equipment (many with integrated TV monitors) including:
- Treadmills
- Stair climbers
- Elliptical cross trainers
- Arm ergometers
- Arc trainers
- NuSteps (seated steppers)
- Upright cycles
- Recumbent cycles
- Rowers
The aquatics area includes a mini-Olympic swimming/lap pool, a therapy pool and a whirlpool and a variety of pieces of aquatic exercise equipment for your exercise routine.
The facility is handicapped-accessible, with covered parking available. To promote a serious and adult-oriented environment, all members must be at least 18 years old and are strongly encouraged to receive a fitness assessment from a member of the center's fitness staff. The ETMC fitness facility in Tyler is the hub of a system of facilities located throughout East Texas.
