Class Descriptions
All classes are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise noted
Water Works
Water Works is a complete non-impact workout that combines a variety of exercise techniques such as kickboxing circuit training and deep water running. Different levels of resistive equipment are also used. This class is for the intermediate to advanced students.
Ripples
Ripples is a fun, full body workout performed at a slower pace - perfect for the beginner to intermediate level participant who does not know how to swim. This class uses resistance equipment to improve strength and endurance.
Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba is a water based fitness class that incorporates the Zumba latin dance formula into traditional aqua fitness.
The pool is available for lap swimming any time classes and aquatic therapy are not being held.
