Dr. Mongare completed his fellowship in neurophysiology EMG/EEG at the University of Texas-Houston Medical School Health Science Center where he also earned his medical degree. He completed residencies at UT-Houston and at UT-Southwestern Health Science Center, Dallas.
His internship was at Tarrant County Hospital District, Forth Worth. He was named outstanding intern in emergency medicine. He earned his medical degree at University of Texas-Houston Medical School and his undergraduate degree in sociology/psychology from Divine Word College, Epworth, Iowa.
His publications include a publication and case presentation at the Karen Krusen Symposium of Neuromuscular Diseases, Dallas.
