Dr. Kemp is a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
He served as assistant professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Baylor College of Medicine, where he was active in the training of new physicians in the residency program. He received his doctorate with honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed his residence in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor.
Dr. Kemp is board-certified and was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.
