Call (936) 545-4323 for more about the LVN program
ETMC Crockett is home to The Angelina College Nursing Program LVN class, a high-quality, three-semester program that prepares the student to apply for licensure by examination through the Board of Vocational Nursing Examiners. The Crockett program is housed at the ETMC Crockett Education Center, developed as a partnership among Angelina College, ETMC Crockett, the Houston County Hospital District and the ETMC Crockett medical staff.
Upon completion of the program students are prepared to seek employment as LVNs and are also eligible to enter the transitional program at Angelina College's Lufkin campus to become Registered Nurses. Angelina College's vocational nursing programs have 100 percent passage on the state boards, while the Lufkin-based RN program has a 90 percent passage on the boards.
Various forms of financial assistance, including Pell grants, scholarships, financial aid assistance and other sources of funding are available to students in the Angelina College Financial Aid Office.
