Held multiple times each year, the Lite-4-Life! weight management program is a unique
and effective weight management program run by the professional staff at the Tyler facility. Overseen by an exercise specialist and registered dietician, this ten-week program focuses on the four principles of aerobic exercise, strength training, healthy eating and positive thinking.
Program components include:
- Pre- and post-program fitness assessment
- Daily meal plan based on activity levels
- 16 personal training sessions
- Unlimited access to our fitness facility for the duration of the program
- Eight weekly educational sessions on a variety of exercise and nutrition related topics
