Hear what past participants are saying about Lite-4-Life!

"All my life I have been what I call a yo-yo dieter. I tried many different diets and exercises but nothing seemed to work. I was so excited to learn about Lite-4-Life because it would include a focus on both healthy eating habits and regular exercise together with all the tools I would need. Exercising had never been something I enjoyed but after working out with a certified personal trainer for 8 weeks and actually learning the correct way to exercise it has now become enjoyable for me. Learning how to eat healthy and exercise effectively has finally brought about satisfaction and success for me. Lite-4-Life is the total package!" ~ G. Brown, 2011 participant

“Lite-4-Life! is the most effective weight management program I've ever done because of the focus on health and not just weight loss.” ~ M. Vance, 2011 participant
