Effective 2/1/10 please make note of the following temporary changes to the below floor class schedule.
*20-20-20 on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pmĀ is suspended until further notice*
*20-20-20 on Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 am will be replaced with Core Essentials (a core strengthening and toning class) until further notice*
*Pilates will start at 8:15 am on Thursdays until further notice*

A class designed to meet all your fitness needs with 20 minutes of aerobics exercise to
improve cardiovascular fitness, 20 minutes of muscle conditioning to increase strength and
endurance and 20 minutes of stretching to improve balance and flexibility. Great for all
fitness levels.
Pilates
Pilates is an exercise program which improves muscle strength, control, flexibility and
coordination through fluid body movements that utilize the spine and deep muscle groups.
Spin
Utilizing a stationary cycle in a group format, during this class the instructor guides participants through a variety of workout phases including warm-up, up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool down. Participants adjust their own intensity on the bike making it appropriate for all fitness levels. Class is 30 minutes in duration.
Yoga
Focusing on movement corresponding with breath, this class flows from one pose to the
next improving strength, balance, as well as reducing stress and tension within the body.
Utilizing modifications of the poses, yoga is appropriate for all fitness levels
