All Classes are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise noted
Ripples
Ripples is a fun, full-body water workout performed at a slower pace-perfect forthe beginner to intermediate level. We use "noodles" and other types of resistance equipment to improve strength and endurance. You don't have to know how to swim to participate.
Water Works
A complete non-impact workout using water's buoyancy and resistance for overall body conditioning and toning. You don't have to know how to swim to participate.
The pool is available for lap swimming any time classes and aquatic therapy are not being held.
