Ripples
Ripples is a fun, full-body water workout performed at a slower pace - perfect for
the beginner to intermediate level. We use “noodles” and other types of resistance
equipment to improve strength and endurance. You don’t have to know how to
swim to participate.
Power Waves
A high-level water aerobics program for the more advanced, Power Waves combines
swimming and deep water exercise activities.
Water Works
A complete non-impact workout using water’s buoyancy and resistance for overall body
conditioning and toning. You don’t have to know how to swim to participate.
