Class Descriptions
All classes are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise noted
WATER
Power Waves
A high-level water fitness program for the advanced participant. This class combines swimming and deep water fitness activities.
Ripples
Ripples is a fun, full body water workout performed at a slower pace. This class is perfect for the beginner to intermediate participant. Various types of equipment are incorporated to improve strength and endurance.
Water Works
Water Works is a complete non-impact class that makes effective use of water's resistance for overall body toning and conditioning.
FLOOR
Pilates
Pilates is a unique exercise program which improves muscle strength, control, flexibility and coordination through fluid body movements that utilize the spine and deep muscle groups.
