Equipment available at the center includes Lifefitness Selectorized Strength Training Equipment, Lifefitness treadmills, cycles and elliptical trainers. We also provide NuSteps and dumbells.
Our center is staffed by credentialed and certifed fitness specialists and exercise specialists who work with club members to provide fitness assessments , personal exercise prescriptions andstrength equipment and cardio equipment orientations.
