Our facility at ETMC Cedar Creek Lake is a full-service workout facility with state-of-the art equipment. It was established November 2002. It is centrally located to serve the entire Cedar Creek Lake area. It offers cardiac rehab as well as seven aquatic classes daily, all taught by certified instructors. Additional offerings include aerobic classes and beginner and advanced yoga classes. ETMC Cedar Creek Lake's fitness staff includes certified personal trainers specializing in several fitness areas. The staff includes experts on senior fitness. The facility is the largest satellite center in the system.

Hours

  • 5:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday-Thursday
  • 5:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Friday
  • 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday
