12 Days of Fitness
End the year in great health style with 12 Days of Fitness, the Tyler Center's health and fitness program designed to help you practice good health habits during the holiday season. 12 Days of Fitness promotes improved health, a change from your hectic holiday schedule and gives you a chance to win prizes that include an iPod shuffle. Program fee is $5 and all non-members will receive a 12 day guest pass to our fitness center. Program begins Dec. 7 and registration forms are due by Dec. 4. Call 903-596-3233 for more information.
Fall Adult Swim Clinic
It's never too late to learn how to swim and our warm saltwater pool at the Tyler center provides the perfect indoor environment to do so in the cool fall months. The next Adult Swim Clinic begins Thursday, November 12th. Classes will be held Nov. 12, 19 and Dec. 3 and 10. Beginner (6:45 p.m.) and Intermediate (5:45 p.m.) classes are available.
