Online Doctor Rating Web Site DrScore.com Signs East Texas Medical Center

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.  – The online doctor rating Web site, DrScore.com, announced recently that it will provide patient feedback services to East Texas Medical Center (ETMC), a regional health care system of 14 hospitals with more than 150 physicians. Under the agreement, DrScore.com will collect and analyze online feedback from ETMC’s patients about the quality of their health care experience, including everything from parking access to the level of care from their physician.

Overall physician ratings are posted on the DrScore.com Web site with more detailed analysis provided to ETMC on a quarterly basis. Visitors to www.DrScore.com can view a doctor’s rating (on a scale of 1-10) as well as his or her overall scores in four main categories – Exams, Timeliness, Treatment and Staff.
