Class Descriptions

Body Sculpt
Designed for the beginner to the advanced student, this aerobics class offers basic principles and techniques for achieving maximum muscle tone and overall fitness.

Pilates
A program with a systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.

Prime Timers
Designed for our 55+ audience, this gentle aerobics and exercise class enhances flexibility, muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness.

Yoga
This fitness program is designed to enhance circulation, build strength and stamina, increase balance and improve inner peace and calm. This one hour class emphasizes simple and gentle movement, plus a variety of relaxation techniques.
