The ETMC First Physicians clinic in Trinity will offer walk-in
flu vaccinations on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1 to 4 p.m.
beginning Oct. 2.
Vaccinations will be available at a cost of $25. Medicare Part B
covers the cost of flu vaccination. To qualify, beneficiaries must
present their Medicare card at registration.
Those seeking vaccination can walk-in without an appointment at
these times or the flu shot can be incorporated into a regular
physician visit.
The seasonal flu vaccine and the H1N1 vaccine are combined this
year. Healthcare officials recommend that members of all age groups
secure a vaccination.
