Junior Volunteers Jordon Hodges, Brook McCoy, Courtney Smith
and Holly Caldwell on the programs collective contribution of
nearly 400 volunteer hours provided by the seven participating
juniors during the six-week program.
While many students vacationed during the summer break, seven
teens spent six weeks in June and July volunteering in various
departments at ETMC Crockett.
ETMC Crockett Junior Volunteer Coordinator Sue Garrett said the
junior volunteers worked in ETMC Crockett admitting, radiology,
medical records, human resources, surgery ETMC Rehabilitation
Center and assisted with the volunteer hospitality cart.
According to Ms. Garrett, a special party/luncheon was held for
the junior volunteers on Friday, August 3 as they finalized their
summer commitment to the hospital.
ETMC Crockett Junior Volunteers that participated in the program
included Brook McCoy, Holly Caldwell, Jordon Hodges, Sarah
Christine Miles, Jordan Lee, Courtney Smith, and Breanna
Vasquez.
