CROCKETT, TEXAS – In a special series, ETMC Crockett will highlight many of the 193 dedicated individuals who work diligently to provide quality healthcare to their neighbors in the community.
ETMC First Physicians clinic Manager Dawn Lambright has been employed by ETMC Crockett for six years and held the positions of coder and clinic supervisor before being named clinic manager last year.
The energetic Lambright lives in Lovelady with her husband of six years, David, along with their turtle, Atticus; fish, Koi; cat, Kat; Chihuahuas, Sid and Lizzie; American Staffordshire, Luna and All-American mixed breed dog, Brown Dog.
She enjoys cooking, riding motorcycles and volunteering. Lambright eagerly volunteers to help with both public and internal events at the hospital, including Relay for Life where she can often be found operating the face painting booth. She also enjoys visiting the local safari and zoos and is always first in line to help an animal in need. She works with Soi-dog Foundation to assist in finding homes for dogs stranded in foreign countries.
She said her favorite sport is hockey.
“You can always count on Dawn to get the job done, she is a real team player,” said ETMC Crockett Administrator Terry Cutler.
“Her enthusiasm is contagious and everyone in the clinic really enjoys working with her,” he added.
ETMC is a not-for-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life in communities throughout East Texas.
